A Lincoln County law enforcement officer was transported to Jefferson Regional Hospital on Wednesday after his patrol vehicle was struck during a traffic stop.
According to Lincoln County Sheriff Steve Young, Grady Police Chief Kenny Hunter was seated in his patrol car while conducting a routine traffic stop when another vehicle collided with his unit from behind.
