The England Police Department has arrested an England man following an investigation into the alleged sexual assault of a minor, authorities announced Saturday.
According to the department, the report was filed on November 29, 2025. Chief Richard Friend immediately arranged for the victim to undergo a forensic interview at the Wade Knox Child Advocacy Center, a standard procedure in cases involving minors.
After the interview and the collection of additional evidence, investigators prepared a probable cause affidavit for the arrest of Stephen Glover, also of England.
Police say Glover was arrested without incident and is currently being held at the Lonoke County Detention Facility.
Because the case involves a minor, the department stated it would not be releasing any further details at this time.
