Early Voting for Jefferson County Primaries Begins Tuesday at Courthouse

Early voting will begin Tuesday morning across Arkansas as primary elections for the Democratic and Republican parties get underway.

Mike Adam, chairman of the Jefferson County Board of Election Commissioners, spoke with Deltaplex News on Monday about early voting procedures.

Adam discussed how many voting machines will be set up at the Jefferson County Courthouse and explained when the votes will be tabulated.

Absentee ballots will be tabulated at the same time.

Early voting for Jefferson County residents will begin at 8 a.m. Tuesday at the Jefferson County Courthouse.
