Fourth District Congressman Bruce Westerman on Thursday talked about the appropriation bills approved by the U.S. House of Representatives and sent to the Senate and Westerman said they had to deal with those bills “the old fashioned way” with give and take on both sides.
Morning Show host Greg Horne said from a political standpoint, the national news media will be running stories about funding cuts to one agency or another, trying to make congress look bad. Horne went on to say that the current deficit is too big and everybody thinks it’s too big but it looks like the House of Representatives is trying to do something about that.
“Right there is the problem,” Horne said.
