This Saturday, the Black Rodeo returns to Pine Bluff at 7 p.m. at the historic Hestand Stadium.
Daniel Moore of the Bluff City Rodeo Association appeared on Talk Back Live with Floyd Donald and explained what those attending the event will see.
Again, the location this year will be Hestand Stadium and the show starts at 7 p.m.
