This is the second of two stories about letter grades that were given to every school in the state by the Arkansas State Board of Education based on the results of new testing adopted to replace the former ACT Aspire tests which districts previously used.
Pine Bluff School District Superintendent Jennifer Barbaree said one of the elementary schools in the district showed a much higher growth rate than the state average.

Barbaree continued to explain the factors.
