A&P Opens grant application for non-profits

PINE BLUFF, Arkansas – The Pine Bluff Advertising and Promotion Commission is now accepting, effective today, applications from non-profit organizations for its 2026 Funding Cycle.

These grants aim to support activities, events, and facilities that promote tourism and drive economic activity within the Pine Bluff city limits. The deadline to submit all applications is 3:00 p.m. on Friday, November 21, 2025.

Four Funding Categories Available

1) Year-Round Funding: For non-profit organizations and public commissions that maintain facilities or provide programming that offer year-round activities promoting tourism. Facilities must be open and free to the public on a daily basis (special events excluded).

2) Advertising and Publicity: Funds dedicated solely to the promotional costs of a specific event including digital, print, TV, radio, billboard, brochures, and posters. The applicant is responsible for the design and placement of all ads.

3) Event Operating Expense: Funding for designated expenses related to a specific event. Note that funds expended prior to being awarded grants funds from the A&P Commission will not be covered.

4) Seed Money: Designated for new events that have been in existence for one to three years. Seed Money is limited to a period of no more than three years for any single event.

Mandatory Focus Areas

All events and programming must take place during 2026, within the city limits of Pine Bluff, and align with at least one of the following five focus areas: • Visual Arts • Culinary Arts • Delta Heritage • Performing Arts • Sports and Recreation
