First Ward City Council Member Joni Alexander announced Monday that she will be a candidate for reelection.
Appearing on the Oldies 101.3 morning show, Alexander said
Alexander is completing her first term on the council, having defeated former council member Thelma Walker in a run-off for the Democratic Party nomination and then the Rev. Jesse Turner in the 2018 General Election.
She also talked about her campaign plans for this time around.
