A $2,500 bond was set Monday for a Pine Bluff woman accused of kicking her mother and threatening to kill her stepfather during an altercation Thursday.
Jefferson County District Judge Kim Bridgforth set the bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge Ariel Ruth, 26 with terroristic threatening and second offense third-degree domestic battery.
Deput Prosecutor Brittaney Akel said the allegations are based on an affidavit from Detective Sgt. Keith Banks who reported that police responded to an apartment because of an alleged domestic disturbance.
Akel said Ruth pleaded guilty to misdemeanor domestic battery in April and was sentenced to 14 days in jail.
She was ordered to have no contact with the victims and told to come back to court Sept. 15.
