A $2,500 bond was set Monday for a Pine Bluff man accused of taking a vehicle that didn’t belong to him.
Jefferson County District Judge Kim Bridgforth set the bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge Raymond Johnson, 26, with theft of property.
Deputy Prosecutor Ty Spradlin said on Sunday, police were sent to a residence on Dollarway Road in reference to a reported stolen vehicle.
Spradlin said Johnson has no prior convictions or pending charges. He was told to come back to court Aug. 25.
