Banks reported that Lee had a laceration on the left side of her face and upper lip and said she would seek medical treatment on her own.

When Martin was questioned, she admitted pushing the room door open and said she was angry at her friend because he had her stuff. She said she had a phone, keys, and a pouch in her hand when she fought Lee and said she became more upset when Lee slammed eh door in her face.

Martin was ordered to have no contact with Lee until the case is settled.
