A $15,000 bond was set Monday for a Pine Bluff woman accused of pointing a gun at two people and threatening them.
Jefferson County District Judge Kim Bridgforth set the bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge Tequila Scott, 33, with aggravated assault and theft by receiving.
Reading from an affidavit by Detective Corey Wilfong, Deputy Prosecutor Shana Alexander said on July 25 at 5:13 p.m., police responded to a reported disturbance at 1303 W. 34th and talked to the victims.
When Scott was interviewed, she admitted that she was a convicted felon. The gun that was recovered by police had been reported stolen.
Scott was ordered to have no contact with the victims and told to come back to court Aug. 25.
