A $15,000 bond was set Wednesday for a Pine Bluff man accused of pointing a gun at another person, then firing a single shot that hit the windshield of the vehicle the person was in, causing an injury.
Pine Bluff District Judge John Kearney set the bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge Neshun Brazell, 23, with committing a terroristic act, aggravated assault and criminal mischief.
Reading from an affidavit by Detective Ryan Edwards, Deputy Prosecutor Brittaney Akel explained the allegation.
Brazell was ordered to have no contact with the victims and told to come back to court Aug. 6.
