Liberty Utilities alerts the public not to panic to preserve water and assures that the company will not and did not turn off the water in the city. Friday morning, Lamont Davis spoke on behalf of Liberty about the amount of customers preserving water and the issue it causes due to freezing weather conditions.
Davis explained how the water pressure mains are all over the city and asks the public to keep an eye out for areas that may be causing more water pressure to be reduced.
Davis explained the regularity of leaks, why the city is not under a boil order, and how the water pressure is rising back to regular levels.
