Former Razorback LB Dre Greenlaw was carted off the field in the second quarter of last night’s Superbowl in what is being called a “freak accident”. Greenlaw was running out onto the field in the second quarter before collapsing and grabbing his leg. CBS reported that Greenlaw was emotional coming off the field and was unable to put any weight on the leg. He was credited with three tackles before the injury. Greenlaw is in his fifth year with the 49ers after being drafted in the 5th round. He started 12 games this season and collected 120 tackles.
