Donald Wayne Davis age 75 of Bentonville, AR formerly of Warren, AR died Saturday, January 18th at the Circle of Life Hospice Facility in Bentonville, AR. He was born February 26th, 1944 in Contra Costa, CA a son of the late Floyd Davis and Frances Joly Davis. He was an electronics technician and a United States Navy Veteran where he served in the Vietnam War and was discharged in 1975. After his service he returned to his wife’s hometown of Warren, AR and worked until his retirement. He was also proceeded in death by his wife, Elizabeth Ann Stedman Davis whom he married in 1968 and a brother Darryl Davis.
Surviving is a son, Edward Davis and spouse Virginia, Auburn AL; Daughters Myra Davis, Bentonville, AR, and Carrie Wells and spouse Damian, Bentonville, AR. Brothers Charles Davis and Laurence Davis both of New Jersey. A sister Margaret Strumpler, Waverly, GA. 3 grandchildren Benjamin Davis, Alexander Wells and Christeana Wells.
Graveside services 1:30PM Wednesday, January 22nd at Oakland Cemetery with Rev. David Richey officiating. Burial in Oakland Cemetery by Frazer’s Funeral Home. Visitation 12:30PM till service time on Wednesday at Frazer’s Funeral Home. Memorials preferred St. Jude’s Research Hospital or UNICEF
