Central Moloney President Chris Hart announced Friday that a Chicago based investment firm will acquire CMI once negotiations are complete.
Appearing on the Oldies 1013 morning show, Hart began his announcement by explaining the current structure of the company and why it was important to bring in an outside financing source.
Hart said the search for that partner actually began about 11 months ago.
Morning show host Greg Horne told Hart that Wind Point Partners is a large private equity firm and Hart agreed.
