Construction of dormitories for Southeast Arkansas College that will be located across from Seabrook is continuing and on Friday, SEARK President Dr. Stephen Bloomberg was asked if those dormitories would be ready in August for the start of the fall semester.
This will be the first time that there have been dormitories for SEARK and Bloomberg was asked why now.
Bloomberg appeared on the Oldies 1013 morning show and host Greg Horne asked him about in-state tuition verses out-of-state tuition.
