Cleveland County Sheriff-elect Brad Young, currently serving as a deputy with the sheriff’s office, is urging residents to remain vigilant and prioritize safety as a busy weekend of community events gets underway.

“If you are going to be away from your residence for an extended period of time, please contact us at 870-325-6222,” Young said. “We will take down your information and provide frequent patrols until you return. All information will be kept confidential.”
