A Pine Bluff woman with more than four prior felony convictions was arrested Wednesday after allegedly assaulting a security guard at Dillard’s Clearance Store at 2901 Pines Mall Drive.
During a court hearing Friday, Pine Bluff District Judge John Kearney ruled prosecutors have probable cause to charge Brandy Davis, 46, with robbery, second-degree battery and theft of property.
Deputy Prosecutor Jim Williams told the court the circumstances that led to Davis’s arrest.
Davis was ordered to have no contact with the victim and told not to go back to Dillard’s. She was told to come back to court May 22.
