A $20,000 bond was set Monday for a Pine Bluff man on theft allegations.
Pine Bluff District Judge John Kearney set the bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge Kasey Speer, 36, with theft of property.
Reading from an affidavit by Detective Shaun Watson, Deputy Prosecutor Ty Spradlin said on Thursday, police were sent to Dollar General on Blake Street in response to a reported theft.
Speer was told to come back to court May 18.
