The Pine Bluff Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating two individuals wanted in connection with a fraudulent real estate scheme that investigators say resulted in thousands of dollars in losses.

Authorities are searching for Queton Lavelle Clark, 33, of White Hall, and Terri Lynn Walls, 65, who has ties to both White Hall and Redfield. Both are wanted on felony theft of property charges.

According to police, the investigation stems from a March 30, 2024 transaction involving property located at 1520 S. Blake Street in Pine Bluff. Investigators say Clark received approximately $10,000 in cash as earnest money from a church representative in Greenville, Mississippi, for the purchase of the property. Authorities said an additional $15,000 was later sent, bringing the total to $25,000.

Officials said the transaction was fraudulent, as Clark did not have legal ownership or authority to sell the property. The property had previously been sold through a tax sale and is owned by a third party.

Investigators believe Clark participated in a coordinated scheme involving false representations during the attempted sale.

Walls is also wanted in connection with the same case. Police said she previously held title to a portion of the property, but the entire property had been legally transferred to another owner in 2023 following a tax sale. Despite that, authorities allege Walls helped misrepresent ownership and facilitate the transaction.

Clark is described as a Black male, approximately 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighing around 200 pounds. His last known address is on Blomie Road in White Hall. He is wanted on a warrant with a $25,000 secured bond.

Walls is described as a Black female, approximately 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighing around 192 pounds. Her last known addresses include locations on Sunset Road in White Hall and Donna Road in Redfield. She is wanted on a warrant with a $10,000 secured bond.

Police said the two are believed to be associated with one another.

Authorities are urging the public not to approach either suspect and to use caution. Anyone with information on their whereabouts is asked to contact the Pine Bluff Police Department tip line at 870-730-2106, the detective office at 870-730-2090, or dispatch at 870-541-5300.
