A father and daughter were killed in a motorcycle crash early Sunday morning in Pine Bluff, according to authorities.
Officers with the Pine Bluff Police Department responded to a reported crash around 1 a.m. March 23 in the area of Blake Street near Miramar Drive.
Preliminary information indicates a motorcycle traveling southbound left the roadway and crashed. The motorcycle was occupied by a male driver and a female passenger.
Authorities identified the victims as 44-year-old Joanthony Garcia and 22-year-old Junique Garcia, who were father and daughter.
Both sustained fatal injuries and were pronounced dead at the scene by Jefferson County Deputy Coroner Doug McCurry.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
