Two Arrested After Armed Robbery at Redfield Pharmacy

Two suspects are in custody following an armed robbery at a Redfield pharmacy Wednesday morning, according to police.

Redfield Police Chief Steve McFatridge said officers responded to a reported robbery at Redfield Pharmacy at approximately 9:44 a.m. on March 18. Investigators say two male suspects entered the business armed with a gun.

Police said the quick actions of pharmacy staff helped officers arrive on scene within four minutes. Using video technology, authorities were able to track the suspects’ vehicle to the Little Rock area.

Redfield officers traveled to assist other agencies, and the suspects were later located in Little Rock. Police said both individuals were taken into custody following two vehicle pursuits.

Several agencies assisted in the response, including White Hall Police Department, Jefferson County Criminal Investigation Division, Arkansas State Police Troops E and A, Little Rock Police Department, North Little Rock Police Department, Troop A CID and a DEA task force.

Authorities have not released the names of the suspects.
