Reading from an affidavit by Detective Ryan Edwards, Chief Deputy Prosecutor Jill Reed said on March 2, police were sent to 806 S. Myrtle in response to a reported domestic disturbance.

Reed said police took Moore into custody and she was interviewed.

None of the six witnesses could positively say that Moore was driving the Kia but all of them said the shots were coming from the driver’s side of the Kia.

Moore was ordered to have no contact with the victim and told to come back to court April 17.
