CARDS has announced it is rebranding as Ecowaste Solutions, Inc., marking what company officials describe as a new chapter focused on trust, connection and environmental care.
In a notice sent to customers, the company said the transition to Ecowaste will not interrupt service and that all existing account information will automatically transfer to the new brand.
“The reliable service you count on will continue without interruption, now with an even stronger team behind it,” the company stated.
Officials said there are no planned changes to customers’ pickup schedules at this time. Customers will continue seeing the same crews servicing their routes.
Rates and contracts also will remain unchanged as a result of the rebrand. Customers may continue making payments through the current payment portal, and autopay schedules will remain the same.
Billing statements will begin reflecting Ecowaste branding in the near future.
While the company plans to introduce a new website and customer portal at a later date, customers are encouraged to continue using the current website and contact information until further notice.
As part of the transition, the company said it is working to build regionally based customer service districts to provide localized support. For now, customers can continue reaching customer service through the same phone number and email address previously used.
The company also noted that while new trucks, containers and bins are planned as part of the rollout, customers will continue seeing CARDS-branded equipment until updates are completed.
Municipal service agreements will not be affected by the rebrand, according to the notice.
