Pine Bluff Man Held on $15K Bond for Alleged Vehicle Theft

A $15,000 bond was set Tuesday for a Pine Bluff man accused of stealing a vehicle Monday.

Jefferson County District Judge Kim Bridgforth set the bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge Lionell Moore, 37, with theft by receiving.

Reading from an affidavit from Detective Shaun Watson, Deputy Prosecutor Shana Alexander said at about 5:10 a.m., police were sent to a business on South Blake Street in response to a reported stolen vehicle.

Alexander said Moore had a prior conviction for residential burglary from 2007. He was told to come back to court April 1.
