Arkansas employers are encouraged to register for the 2026 Draft Days, a statewide initiative connecting students with skilled professional career opportunities—and the Pine Bluff event is coming up fast.
Hosted by Be Pro Be Proud Arkansas and the Associated Industries of Arkansas Foundation, Draft Days feature interactive career exploration and on-site interviews designed to help build Arkansas’ future workforce.

Employers from manufacturing, construction, transportation, utilities, and other skilled trades are invited to showcase their companies, meet motivated students, and connect directly with educators and workforce partners. Participation is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
