Wednesday is United Way Day on Oldies 1013, and this week Executive Director Jason Duren was joined by Charlotte Clausen, the Assistant Education Director of the UAMS South Central Center on Aging.
Clausen said her agency became affiliated with the United Way last year while they were conducting their community blanket and sock drive.
Morning Show host Jenifer Lipp asked Clausen how she goes about finding senior citizens who need a little more attention and a little more help.
Lipp asked Clausen now that her agency has become involved with the United Way, what are her goals for this year and what does she want to get accomplished.
