A $5,000 bond was set Tuesday for a Pine Bluff man accused of threatening a former girlfriend and breaking a window at her apartment.
Pine Bluff District Judge John Kearney set the bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge Darius Shepherd, 27, with aggravated assault on a family or household member.
According to an affidavit by Detective Jason Boykin, police were sent to a reported domestic disturbance at an apartment at 1001 E. 36th Jan. 10 at 8:25 p.m. A deputy prosecutor explained the allegation.
Shepherd was ordered to have no contact with the victim and told to come back to court March 6th.
