Reading from an affidavit from Detective Tiffany Wood, a deputy prosecutor said on Saturday at 8:15 a.m., police were sent to a reported domestic disturbance involving Lewis and the victim in the area of South Oak and South Elm Streets.

Lewis was ordered to have no contact with the victim and told to come back to court March 6.
