A $15,000 bond was set Friday for a Pine Bluff man who allegedly hit his sister and her child and threatened his grandmother during an altercation Thursday.
Pine Bluff District Judge John Kearney set the bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge Michael Lee, 28, with second-degree domestic battery and terroristic threatening.
Deputy Prosecutor Ty Spradlin said Lee was arrested after police were sent to a disturbance involving family members in the 2100 block of Beech Street.
Spradlin said Lee allegedly hit his sister in the back of her head with a glass ashtray, they shoved the 2-year-old child to the floor and hit him in the face with his fist. The grandmother was present at the time and witnessed the incident.
Lee was ordered to have no contact with the victims and told to come back to court Feb. 25.
