With the star of the new year comes New Year’s resolutions, many of them focusing on getting in better shape physically.
Morning Show host Greg Horne cited that by suggesting that the parking lots of gyms across the country were probably packed Monday. Horne then asked Jason Rogers from Jefferson Regional’s Wellness Centers’ if that was the case at their facilities.
Horne asked Rogers to talk about what’s available at the facilities.
Rogers was joined by Brandy Baugh and Horne asked her to talk about the group classes.
Baugh and Rogers shared information for people who want to get involved and get healthier.
Jefferson Regional has two Wellness Centers; one located in the Old Dial Junior High School gym across from the hospital on West 40th Avenue and the other at the White Hall Health Complex at 1600 W. Holland. Both are open from 5 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday. The Pine Bluff facility is open on Sunday from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
