A 31-year-old Level 3 sex offender was arrested Tuesday after Pine Bluff police responded to an anonymous complaint regarding indecent behavior in a Jefferson Square parking lot.
According to the Pine Bluff Police Department, officers were dispatched on Tuesday, Jan. 6, to the parking lot at 2801 S. Olive St. after receiving a report of a man allegedly pleasuring himself inside a vehicle.
When officers arrived, they located Kevin Dunhoo seated behind the wheel of a Kia. Police say Dunhoo was wearing a T-shirt and a bathrobe but was not wearing pants or undergarments. Dunhoo told officers he was in the parking lot vaping.
Further investigation revealed that Dunhoo is a Level 3 registered sex offender and was not in compliance with registration requirements, according to police.
Dunhoo was taken into custody and transported to the Jefferson County Jail, where he was booked on charges of failure to register as a sex offender and indecent exposure.
