$25,000 Bond Issued for Pine Bluff Woman Accused of Terroristic Threatening & Domestic Battery

A Pine Bluff woman arrested on charges of first-degree terroristic threatening and third-degree domestic battering will have to post a $25,000 bond to be released from jail following a probable cause hearing Monday.

Pine Bluff District Judge Kim Bridgforth found probable cause to hold Ashley Patillo, 37, on the charges after prosecutors outlined the allegations in court.

As a condition of release, Patillo was ordered to have no contact with the victim while the case is pending. She is scheduled to return to court on Feb. 2, 2026.

Patillo told the court she plans to retain her own legal counsel in the case.
