A $2,500 bond was set Wednesday for a Pine Bluff man accused of injuring his mother during an altercation Monday.
Pine Bluff District Judge John Kearney set the bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge Gary Webster, 33, with second-degree domestic battery.
Reading from an affidavit from Detective Ryan Edwards, a deputy prosecutor said on Monday at 9:46 p.m., police were sent to a residence in the 500 block of East 28th Avenue in response to a reported domestic disturbance.
Webster was ordered to have no contact with his mother and told to come back to court Jan. 21.
