Inclement weather conditions across Pine Bluff and Jefferson County have prompted multiple government offices to delay opening on Tuesday, Dec. 2, 2025.
The City of Pine Bluff announced that all municipal offices will open two hours late to ensure the safety of employees and residents. Pine Bluff Transit will also suspend all services until 8 a.m. in alignment with the citywide delay.
Jefferson County officials issued a similar notice, stating that the Jefferson County Courthouse and all county offices will delay opening until 10 a.m. Public access to county services will begin at that time, and residents are encouraged to use online services when possible and plan visits accordingly.
Essential services — including law enforcement, fire protection and emergency operations — will continue operating without interruption.
