The Pine Bluff Police Department is searching for a former construction company employee accused of stealing more than $72,000 over the course of a year.
According to investigators, 46-year-old Juanita Hill, a former employee of Reynolds Construction & Commercial Roofing, is wanted in connection with a felony theft case. Police say Hill allegedly used a company credit card without authorization and manipulated payroll records between 2024 and 2025 to steal the funds.
Hill is described as a Black female, standing 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighing approximately 380 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes.
Authorities say she may be driving a red 2021 Dodge Durango with Arkansas license plate AZABDI.
