Three Wanted, One in Custody in Pine Bluff Check Forgery Case

Police are searching for three suspects wanted in connection with a theft and forgery investigation involving nearly $6,000 in stolen checks.

According to the Pine Bluff Police Department, Albert Evans Jr., Robert Shorter Jr., and Roydnekius Adams are wanted for theft by receiving and forgery.

Authorities said Crystal (Latoya) Turntine is already in custody after allegedly stealing and cashing a total of $5,972.83 in checks from Oceans Fish and Chicken on East Harding Avenue.

Investigators are asking anyone with information about the whereabouts of Evans, Shorter, or Adams to contact the Pine Bluff Police Department Detective Division at (870) 730-2090 or (870) 541-5300.
