Witnesses told investigators they saw a gray passenger car—missing both rear bumper panels and featuring one black passenger door—driving around the block several times before the shooting. The vehicle was reportedly occupied by four males.

Based on witness accounts and preliminary findings, detectives believe the suspects parked behind a nearby business before three of them approached the apartment on foot. Each was armed with a rifle and opened fire, striking the residence multiple times, before fleeing the area.

Harris and Thorns face multiple felony charges, including:

  • 22 counts of a Terroristic Act

  • 1 count of Aggravated Assault

  • 1 count of Engaging in Violent Criminal Activity

Detectives executed a search warrant at a residence where both suspects were found and recovered three firearms believed to have been used in the crime.

“A huge pat on the back to our Detective Office for their hard work, dedication and teamwork in bringing these suspects into custody swiftly and safely,” said Pine Bluff Police Department Public Relations Specialist John Worthen.

The investigation remains ongoing as authorities continue efforts to locate the third suspect.
