The Pine Bluff Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating 29-year-old David McCoy Jr., who is wanted in connection with a shooting incident that occurred on Thursday, Oct. 9, 2025, at the Broadmoor Arms Apartments, located at 801 South Wisconsin Street, Apartment 69.
According to police, McCoy is wanted on charges of Possession of Firearms by Certain Persons and Fleeing.
McCoy is described as standing 5 feet, 11 inches tall and weighing approximately 150 pounds.
Authorities are urging anyone with information about McCoy’s whereabouts to contact the Pine Bluff Police Department Detective Division at 870-730-2090, the tip line at 870-730-2106, or the dispatch center at 870-541-5300.
Police say all information will be kept confidential.
