A $10,000 cash only bond was set Wednesday for a White Hall man who is accused of driving a vehicle that had been reported stolen.

Pine Bluff District Judge John Kearney set the bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge Dusty Joles, 21, with theft of property.

During the court hearing, Deputy Prosecutor Joe West said a police officer was on Princeton Pike when he saw a silver SUV traveling east that did not have a license plate or tags.

West said Joles is on parole and suspended imposition of sentence and has felony convictions for fleeing, theft by receiving and criminal mischief.

He was told to come back to court Nov. 12.
