The Tenth District Drug Task Force will host a public auction on Saturday, October 18, at 1665 Highway 278 West in Monticello. Viewing for the auction will begin at 8 a.m., with bidding set to start promptly at 9 a.m.
A wide variety of vehicles, firearms, and other seized property will be up for bid. Among the vehicles listed are a 2003 Chevrolet Silverado, 2004 GMC Yukon, 2009 Chevy Suburban, 2017 Chevy Caprice, and several other late-model cars, trucks, and SUVs.
Firearms make up a large portion of the auction, with an extensive selection that includes Glock, Smith & Wesson, Taurus, Ruger, Remington, Savage Arms, and Beretta models. Handguns, shotguns, and rifles of various calibers are all included on the auction list, along with accessories such as holsters and scopes.
In addition to vehicles and firearms, the auction will also feature a range of miscellaneous items including cell phones, purses, watches, heat lamps, and Arlo surveillance cameras.
The auction is open to the public, and all items will be sold to the highest bidder. Interested buyers are encouraged to arrive early to inspect the merchandise prior to the sale.
