The Arkansas State Education Department last Friday released letter grades for all the schools in the state and the grades for schools in Jefferson County were dismal, nearly all D’s and F’s.
In the first of two stories, Pine Bluff School District Superintendent Jennifer Barbaree talked about the grades the district received.
She went on to say she wanted to clear that up.
Barbaree then explained more about the grading system.
