Pine Bluff Woman Held on $25,000 Bond After Allegedly Stabbing Her Boyfriend

A $25,000 bond was set Monday for a Pine Bluff woman accused of stabbing her boyfriend.

Jefferson County District Judge Kim Bridgforth set the bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge Rose Anderson, 63, with second-degree battery.

The allegation is based on an affidavit from Pine Bluff Police Detective Shaun Watson that was presented in court by Deputy Prosecutor Brittaney Akel.

Anderson was ordered to have no contact with the victim and told to come back to court Oct. 27.
