The Pine Bluff Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating two men who are classified as Level 4 Sex Offenders and are currently wanted for failing to comply with registration requirements.
Dave McLemore, 67, is described as a Black male, 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighing approximately 163 pounds. His last known address was in the 5600 block of Joneswood Drive in Pine Bluff. McLemore is delinquent with the Sex Offender Registration Act and has an active felony warrant for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender.
Donya Raphael Beavers, 45, is described as a Black male, 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighing approximately 185 pounds. His last known address was in the 300 block of West 13th Avenue in Pine Bluff. Like McLemore, Beavers is also delinquent with the Sex Offender Registration Act and has an active felony warrant for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender.
Police urge anyone with information on the whereabouts of either McLemore or Beavers to contact the Pine Bluff Police Department at (870) 541-5300. Anonymous tips are welcomed and greatly appreciated.
Authorities caution the public not to attempt to apprehend either man themselves, but instead call law enforcement immediately.
