Local business owner Randy Green has announced that he will once again run for Justice of the Peace, District 6, on the Jefferson County Quorum Court.
Green previously sought the seat but fell short by just 70 votes against incumbent Margarette Williams in his last attempt.
A Pine Bluff native, Green owns Shoe Express in downtown Pine Bluff. He is a United States Marine Corps veteran, having been honorably discharged, and later retired as a firefighter from the Pine Bluff Arsenal.
Green spoke with Deltaplex News to share why he is running again.
He also shared what he will do differently this time during his campaign.
