Arkansas County Judge Thomas “Eddie” Best has declared a county-wide burn ban that became effective at noon on Monday.
The notification bans any and all burning in the county and will remain in effect until further notice.
Any questions about the ban should be directed to the Office of the County Judge at 659-2099 or the County Sheriff’s Office at 659-2060.
To report a brush or woods fire, call 911, the local fire department or the Arkansas Forestry Commission.
