Victim Identified in Jefferson County Rollover Crash

UPDATE: The victim of Saturday evening’s rollover crash near Princeton Pike and Princeton Pike Loop has been identified as 62-year-old Teresa Harrington of Hot Springs.

Jefferson County Coroner Chad Kelley confirmed the identity in an exclusive statement to Deltaplex News. Harrington was pronounced dead at the scene at 9:40 p.m. by Deputy Coroner Eric Belcher.

ORIGINAL STORY:

A single-vehicle rollover accident in Jefferson County left one person dead and two others injured Saturday evening, according to the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office (JCSO).

Deputies with the JCSO Uniformed Patrol Division were dispatched to the area of Princeton Pike and Princeton Pike Loop at approximately 7:26 p.m. on August 9. Upon arrival, deputies found the vehicle overturned and discovered one occupant deceased at the scene. Two others were injured in the crash.

Authorities have not released the names of those involved, citing the ongoing investigation. The JCSO and its investigators are working alongside Arkansas State Police troopers to determine the cause of the accident.
