While reported crime in Pine Bluff has reportedly declined over the past few months, the City of White Hall has a reputation for being a safer city, and one with far less reported crime.
White Hall Police Chief Mickey Buffkin was asked why that is when he appeared on the Oldies 1013 Morning Show.
Buffkin went on to say this.
Morning Show host Greg Horne asked Buffkin about the tools he was referring to, mentioning the cameras located throughout White Hall, and was there more?
Horne said cameras seem to be having a huge positive effect on police work and Buffkin talked about that.
